I had an incredible experience at Hayahay Massage in Calgary SW. There Massage Therapist (RMT's) are very professional, I have 3x experience in them. I booked Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Thai Massage for my relaxation and for my back pain, and it really helps relieve my muscle tension. The clinic has a clean, relaxing, and peaceful environment, perfect for stress relief after a long work week and schooling. I highly recommend Hayahay Massage if you're looking for a best massage in Calgary or a lic RMT. I'm lucky that this massage clinic is near me.

We highly recommend booking or call for an appointment to secure your preferred time on either Chinook or 17th Ave clinics. However, walk-ins are always welcome when a therapist is available.

Yes, all our therapists at Hayahay Massage are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) with 2,200 hours of training — recognized by all major insurance companies, not just in Calgary, but all of Alberta.

You'll fill out our online health intake form, then your therapist will discuss your goals and any areas of concern. The therapist will explain the session and ensure your comfort at all times.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Yes, you can request your preferred therapist when booking your appointment.

Yes! We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers for your convenience. However, in some cases like newly hired RMT, they are not yet in our insurance portal, we will provide Official Reciept to be reimburse to your insurance manually and sometimes insurance portal website was down. Pls be ready for the payment because this cases may occure anytime.

Yes! As long as your therapist is registered (which all ours are), you can claim your massage for reimbursement through your extended health benefits.
